I Also Pride Myself on my New Hair Growth

I own and operate a health spa and I have to admit that I learned quite a lot about teamwork when I went to HEVA Clinic. But first, let us start with what I was even doing there. I first contacted HEVA because I had so much hair thinning that I looked older than my years, and we all know that is not good for business, especially in the health spa sector. After all, when my clients walk in, they want to see people who look like they are in good health and who are bursting with vitality. So, as much as I know that I have lived my fair share of decades, I had to make sure that I was representing the pillars of my business. While at HEVA, I got a taste of what true hospitality looks like because everything ran so smoothly. From the minute my family and I touched down in Istanbul, we had someone catering to our needs. We had the driver who made sure we got to my appointment on time, the hotel manager who made sure we were well taken care of and who would even call up to our room when the driver arrived, the receptionist who always welcomed us with a smile and who offered us hot drinks in the freezing winter cold, the nurses who did my triage and ensured that I was comfortable after my procedures, the surgeon who listened to me and assured me that the surgery would be a success, the technicians who set the ambience in the room and took their time to crack some jokes with me, and the coordinator who was behind all of these people. In all their roles, they managed to be professional and yet friendly enough for us to feel comfortable despite being far from home and in spite of the fact that we were all nervous about the procedure. Achieving that balance is not easy and I was in awe of how easily they did it, so much so that I signed my entire team up for a new training program once I was back home. They may not be HEVA good but they are much better at their jobs now. And as I applaud them for a job well done, I also pride myself on my new hair growth. It has only been six months but I can tell that I will soon be gracing the brochures of my business by the end of the year!
