The Pitting Was Gone and my Scalp Was Able to Heal Properly
WORTH IT
After years of doing research on the best way to deal with hair loss, I got my hair transplant at Heva Clinic seven months ago. It went quite well and I left knowing just how to take care of my scalp until the healing process was over and I got my final check-in in 12 months. I already knew that the team was invested in the success of the transplant but I did not realize how much until I ran into a real problem. It had been a week since I left Istanbul and I was on my way to work when I looked at the mirror and realized that I had pitting. If you do not know what this is, it is a terrifying experience where your skin pretty much looks like an orange peel, what with all the pits and all. I immediately reached the support team through the app and they asked me to send them a video. I was very worried that I had done something wrong and I went over several negative scenarios in my head. But after they had reviewed the video and asked me several questions, they realized that I had not been hydrating enough given how hot the weather was. They immediately put me on a strict schedule where I was supposed to drink at least a gallon of water every day and also spray my scalp with a saline spray. By the end of the week, the pitting was gone and my scalp was able to heal properly. I do not know what I would have done if they had not been as responsive.
