I wish I would have found Dr. Anderson sooner. I had my first hair transplant in 2011 without doing any research. This time I did extensive research and met with several doctors. When I met with Dr. Anderson, I went over my goals for the hair transplant and had several questions. He listened, and went over the best steps to achieve my goals. He recommended an FUT transplant and gave extensive detail on his rational. Dr. Anderson and I met for over an hour at the pre-op, and he genuinely cares about his patients and their goals.
In addition, the entire procedure and recovery were completely PAINLESS. I slept through much of the procedure. Dr. Anderson explained the entire process the morning of the procedure. He and his staff provided a warm and welcoming environment. I was proscribed pain medication and did NOT have to take it. It has been three weeks since my hair transplants and I can already see new hair growth. I had my procedure on a Friday, and Dr. Anderson himself called me the next day (Saturday) to check on my recovery. He is the only doctor that I know of whom has taken time on a weekend to check on a patient. The facility has state of the art equipment and is pristinely clean.
If you are considering having a hair transplant, Dr. Ken Anderson is the best surgeon to do it. He is knowledgeable, willing to answer questions, and most importantly, he is excellent at his craft. After the growth of my new hair is complete, I will be posting before and after pictures. The typical timeline is between 9 to 12 months.
