A Well-Organized and Reassuring Experience
I had a very positive experience overall and would definitely recommend it—not only for personal reasons but also thanks to the professionalism of the staff and the welcoming environment I found myself in. Every detail that had been shared with me prior to the trip was met with clarity and punctuality, which helped me feel at ease throughout the process. The care and attention I received were exactly what I needed, both during and after the procedure.
If I were to suggest any areas for improvement, I’d mention two things. First, during the post-operative phase, communication relies mostly on a dedicated chat. While helpful, it could benefit from a bit more attention to detail and a slightly more proactive approach. Second, on the day of the procedure, although everything is explained thoroughly at the beginning, the experience is quite long. It would be helpful to receive brief reminders along the way—just to keep the patient informed about what’s happening and what’s coming next.
Nonetheless, I’m very satisfied with how everything went and feel confident recommending this experience to others.
