I Look in the Mirror and See These Small Hairs Growing out

I got the DHI hair transplant because I did not want to shave my head. For the first month after surgery, I was dealing with one surprise after the other, from swelling to scabbing to heat. And just as things started looking up, I lost all my transplanted hair! I was so sure that I had wasted my money on a procedure that would not take, and I found myself seeking constant reassurance from the aftercare team. They kept letting me know that this was normal and even sent me videos and images to show that this was part of the new growth process. I finally believed them at month 4 when my new growth started showing. I cannot believe my eyes each time I look in the mirror and see these small hairs growing out of my scalp after years of dealing with thinning hair.
