First Class All Round Service
I was treated at the clinic in Glasgow. This was a top up procedure from my initial one in October 2021.
The service from George (CEO), Alex (Clinic Manager), Susan (Customer Relations Executive), Eleanna (Surgeon) and Rachel (Surgeon Assistant) was truly first class.
George, Alex and Susan respond and communicate well and made sure all was good for my procedure and then Rachel and Eleanna took care of me for the procedure. They put me at ease and made sure I was comfortable.
I would 100% recommend Seneca for anyone’s hair procedure, as the pre service, the procedure and the post service is great.
I look forward to my more dense hair in months to come.
