My experience with Smile Hair clinic was very good. Since I took contact with them, they were very reactive, replied to all questions and addressed all my concerns. The organisation was very good, from the airport to the hotel to the clinic and back, very comfortable.
The day of the operation was good, the personel all seems professional, welcoming, and available.
Dr. Ali took good care listening and taking my opinion into account when drawing the hairline. He checked on me several times during the operation.
The staff were professional. The same applies to the second visit to remove bandage. The staff were professional. The follow-up after the operation is also very good. I am 9 month after the operation, the clinic contacts me regularly to check about the progress and address all my concerns. The team replies quickly, they are very friendly and professional.
Overall, you feel being in good hands. So far I am satisfied with the results. I recommend this clinic.
