My Hair Loss Results So Far, 4100 Grafts with Dr. Cinik

Hello all,
I've been following this forum for quite some time, and finally had decided to take the plunge and get a hair transplant in June 2019. I'm 34 years old and have been slowly losing my hair since my early 20s. Had tried minoxidil and finasteride withiut significant results. Had a friend and a relative who both went to Turkey and had great results (one who went to the same clinic as me). After doing a fair amount of research through this forum and in general, I decided to go to Dr. Cinik. The consultation was done via WhatsApp and straightforward. They looked at photos and gave an estimate if grafts, % coverage, and cost. I proceeded to schedule and make my trip out to Turkey. The whole process was quite seamless, and it was easy to get in touch with anyone m if I had questions about what to do after I land etc.
The hotel was great and conveniently located to the clinic. The clinic itself was nice and clean. Went through an in-person consultation with Dr. Cinik on day of procedure, who drew hairline and said what to expect. Fairly short visit with him. The technicians who did a lot of the work were pleasant and gave me breaks whenever I wanted. The worst part was the numbing injections, but that didn't last very long. Dr. Cinik came in and did the canal opening. Total time with Dr. Cinik was fairly limited, but I supposed expected for what you pay. Whole procedure took approximately 10 hours. I got 4100 grafts total (3300 from my head and 800 from scalp).
After the procedure was done, need to wear a headband to help control the swelling. They gave a bunch of meds (antibiotic, steroid, antiinflammatory, aspirin, and painkillers). Medication regimen was explained clearly. Pretty uncmfortable first few days with sleeping, because the back of the head is so numb, but that got much better after a week or so, and resolved after around 10 days. I did experience a decent amount of shock loss after 4 weeks.
Someone from the clinic texted me regularly for the first 4 weeks or so for updates. After that, not much followup. But if I reached out for questions/concerns via text, they always respond, which is nice.
It's been 7 months and I'm still waiting for significant growth. It's obviously a little better than what I had pre-HT, but I expected more growth by now. I know everyone's different, and it can take up to a year to 1.5 years for full results, so I'm trying to be patient. But so far am a bit discouraged by how little has grown in 7 months. Want to avoid getting back on minoxidil or finasteride.
Overall the process was pretty smooth. Just hoping the results will improve. If you have any suggestions to help stimulate hair growth, feel free.
