Great Outcome, Good Experience Overall

It's been a year since my hair transplant at Dr Dieps office (MHT&A) and I am ecstatic about the results! I underwent a FUT hair transplant at Medical Hair Transplant & Aesthetics to help restore my hairline. My procedure required over 2400 grafts and after a year the transplanted area looks dense and natural. Dr. Diep did an amazing job to help me gain my confidence back. I was very skeptical and nervous at the start but the doctor is very understanding and professional. During the examination, I told the doctor about my dry hair and dandruff condition and he recommended a shampoo which helped me control this problem.
Prior to my surgery, the staff provided me with all the information and preparation steps required leading up to surgery. They were available via email or phone for questions so that I'd be ready on the big day. All I had to do was be at the clinic very early that day and they made sure I was comfortable.The staff were responsive and highly professional and made me feel at ease throughout the whole process of the procedure. It took me 3 weeks of staying at home to ensure a good foundation and I strictly followed the doctors' advice to maintain good hygiene and protect the grafts.
Even after the procedure, the staff kept in touch and answered all my questions and educated me on pre and post ops care. They provided supplies needed to prep for the big day and also for the post op care. Overall, I am very happy with my results and highly recommend Dr. Diep to anyone considering a hair transplant.
