A Great Facility and Excellent Staff!

I had my FUT procedure from Dr Anderson a couple of weeks ago and wanted to share my experience about the procedure and Dr Anderson and his very professional staff.
When I started looking for a hair restoration provider, I admit I was concerned about how to sort through all the noise and options (and frankly some sketchy practices & advertising) to ultimately be able to confidently choose a board-certified surgeon who had the technical skills and experience to properly transplant the hair, the aesthetic skills to place the grafts where they would look natural for many years to come, and perhaps most importantly, the patient-centered practice to guide me through the decisions and process along the way.
As I searched I quickly got turned off by those who seemed to want to simply make a transaction, i.e., sell me a huge number of grafts, or a technology, or an outcome that wouldn’t fit me down the road, as I continue to age :( . Dr Anderson and his team did none of that during the consultation I had at Anderson Center for Hair & Aesthetics. Instead, I got a clear understanding of what procedure and graft placement would be most appropriate for me given my hair loss and the quality of my remaining hair, and why, as well as what I should expect during and after the surgery. All my questions were answered.
The day of my surgery I was certainly a bit apprehensive coming in the door, but the staff was very caring and professional every step of the way. Like any surgery, I was concerned about a complication like infection or unsightly scarring, and of course pain during and after the procedure. I had none of that :) ! Yes, it was inconvenient to sleep sitting up for the first few nights to reduce swelling, but I really never experienced any significant pain or discomfort. My healing has been rapid and thankfully uneventful. I don’t anticipate have a noticeable scar when completely healed.
At this point all I can say about the grafts is they’re in where they are supposed to be, and I’m excited to see them start to grow over the next several months!
