Great Experience

I was contemplating some type of hair restoration for a year. I researched the different types, both non-surgical and surgical (FUE, DHI, FUT, LLLT, Medicinal etc). When I decided that FUE would be my preferred option, I looked into traveling to Turkey, using the 1 provider in my small city, going to a large metropolitan city or utilizing a center which performs hair restoration frequently and has many positive reviews. I came across Quatela Center in Rochester NY. I have spoken with other centers (some would not answer questions until I paid and made an appointment with the provider. Some would not discuss an approximate cost (I know it can vary widely). When I spoke to Sue, my first contact from Quatela, she was friendly, informative, open and discussed the general process at length with no pressure. I felt like part of the team from the first phone call. The process from the beginning was smooth, client centered and professional. The Hair Team Manager, Stacie, was outstanding! Dr. Lee was down to earth, understanding and experienced. The procedure was explained in detail. Stacie assisted coordinating all of the pre-procedural requirements. She even completed the EKG when I had difficulty obtaining one.
Upon arrival to Rochester, I had inadvertently chosen accommodations, which were substandard. When Quatela casually asked about it, they proceeded to arrange a high-quality hotel at no additional charge! I knew I was in for a pleasant experience. The next morning arriving early, Stacie and her team met me to initiate the procedure. Dr. Lee outlined the plan. The team worked like a well-oiled machine (Dr. Lee, Stacie, Moo, Maria, Latoya). They worked consistently, diligently and timely. The vibe that they enjoyed what they do and respect one another was evident. They were consistently asking me about comfort every step of the way. The most uncomfortable time was the injections for the nerve blocks, otherwise i felt pressure, but minimal pain. We listened to music and the time went by quickly, from preparing the donor hair to implanting. I was impressed at the way this Quatela team worked together. The facility was impressive and clean. The aftercare instructions were detailed. I had very little pain during or after. I am so pleased with the outcome, and it has only been 1-week status post procedure. I am very thankful I didn't travel overseas or go to a larger metropolitan city. Quatela was the perfect fit for me. Quatela obviously excels at what they do best. If anyone is contemplating utilizing Quatela, you will not be disappointed in the care you receive as they are exceedingly client centered and focused at delivering high-quality care. Thank you to the Quatela Center for Hair Restoration team who made me feel seen, heard and respected throughout this journey. I highly recommend this hair restoration team; Hats off to them! A++
