Is This Shock Loss (2 Weeks Post FUT) & Do I Have Folliculitis?

I feel confident in my surgeon but don’t want to bother her with constant photos and worries. Would you all say this is shock loss judging from before and after?

Also worried I’ve got in-growns or foliculitis already (see after pics), would this harm the results?
