Fantastic from Start to Finish!
I first contacted The Hair Dr after having major confidence issues regarding hair loss, especially only being 22 at the time and receding at quite a rapid rate. Of course, the price of the surgery played a big part and they were the cheapest combined with the best reviews I could find anywhere.
From the off the whole team were so supportive and understanding. They were always available to talk over text or phone to answer any questions or concerns I had. I particularly liked the frequent calls leading up to my surgery to ensure everything was okay and to answer any further questions that may have arisen.
I started by having a consultation over FaceTime as Leeds was a long trip for myseld and work commitments made it even more difficult. I spoke to the lead surgeon who went into great detail and it was clear he had years worth of experience!
Upon arrival, all the staff were very warm and welcoming. The clinic was spotlessly clean and very modern. They talked me through each step throughout the day and ensured I was comfortable at all times. Complementary dinner was provided at lunch time to split the surgery up.
After leaving, the after care service again was 10/10. No question I asked was silly and the team helped me through every step of my recovery. You only need to look at the pictures I have attached to see the amazing results I have experienced after only 6 months time! It has made me so much more confident as opposed to having to hide or be weary about my receding hairline.
This whole service from start to finish was fantastic and I honestly couldn't recommend The Hair Dr enough (even my cousin is now booked in after seeing the results!!).
