Everyone was extremely supportive

Everyone I came across - Lisa (patient coordinator), Dr. Lee, and the rest of the nursing staff - made me comfortable from day one and through surgery. Nearly a year later, they share in my excitement over the awesome results they made possible.

In my initial consultation, the team warmly went over my history with hair loss and the options available. Knowing I was hesitant on proceeding because of the budget, Lisa and team offered different options with zero pressure. Ultimately deciding to do the surgery, the team worked with me to best suit my schedule and travel needs.

While I worked with the resident fellow (at the time), Dr. Lee was part of the whole process and made sure everything was perfect. In surgery, the nursing staff made a long day easy and explained each step as they went along. After the surgery, I had some pain but it was a lot less severe than expected. After some complications with the post-op pain killers, I ultimately didn't need them after the first day. To me, that's a sign they knew what they're doing.

In short, the team is great and did an awesome job. While initially hesitant, they made me feel at ease. I'm excited to continue my hair restoration journey with them!
