Hair Transplant Experience
I recently travelled to Turkey from the UK for a hair transplant with Smile Hair Clinic, and I couldn’t be happier with my experience.
From start to finish, the entire process was smooth, professional, and very well organised. Although I chose not to use their hotel and taxi services, everything else was handled seamlessly, and I always felt well-informed and supported.
I spent 10 days in Istanbul, and the overall experience in Turkey was fantastic. It’s a great place to visit, and I would gladly go again.
What really stood out to me was the exceptional level of customer service both before and after the procedure. Ayesenur, who's handling my post-operative care, has been absolutely incredible, consistently responsive, patient, and genuinely caring in every interaction. She goes above and beyond to make sure everything is clear, always takes the time to address concerns in detail, and provides reassurance whenever needed. Knowing she will continue to support me throughout the coming year gives me great confidence and peace of mind. Similarly, Safaq, who supported me pre-operatively, made sure I had all the information I needed and answered every question promptly. After my wife, they have been a rock solid support throughout this journey.
On the day of the procedure, I was understandably a bit nervous, but the team were incredibly kind, reassuring, and professional. They made me feel completely safe and comfortable throughout, it genuinely felt like I was in the best possible hands. Dr. Ali was my surgeon, and while he carried out the procedure professionally, I have to say the rest of the team around him were absolutely amazing in terms of care, support, and overall experience.
I truly cannot recommend Smile Hair Clinic enough. The care, communication, and overall experience exceeded my expectations. I would also be more than happy to speak with anyone who is considering the procedure and share my experience.
