The Execution Was Flawless !!

I have worked in tours and travel for the past five years and know that hiccups are part of the job. Heck, if I had a dime for every time that something went wrong during a trip, I would be filthy rich! We have seen it all from lost luggage to missing drivers down to hotels that double-booked our clients. It is a constant mess that we have to waddle through just to keep going. So, when I asked my coordinator, Emma, to handle the logistics for my hair transplant, I thought I would be walking into a typical trip with ups and downs. I was completely wrong. To start with, she handled my booking completely online and once she had liaised with the team after my pre-op consultation, she sent me a fixed quote as well as information on the target grafts. She then booked everything I needed for the trip and let me know where I would be staying and how I would be getting around, including the name of the driver who would pick me up. The execution was flawless. On arrival at Istanbul, the driver was waiting for me, with a placard and everything. He drove me to the hotel in this black Mercedes that had me feeling like a VIP and the hotel, which was in the Atasehir neighborhood, was more than I could ask for. It even had climate control. The clinic also handled my transfers to and from the clinic so that I would not have to think about how to get there. My whole experience felt very calming and while I could rave about how well my transplant has turned out at month 7, I would just like to shout out the clinic for its efficiency. More tour companies could learn a thing or two from you, including ours!
