I honestly couldn't be happier with my experience at Smile Hair Clinic. From my very first consultation through to my aftercare, the whole experience has been exceptional.
One thing that really stood out was the hospitality. Everyone I met was incredibly welcoming, kind, and genuinely cared about making me feel comfortable. Being in another country for a procedure can be a little daunting, but the team went above and beyond to make the whole experience feel effortless and stress-free.
Dr. Ali and his team were fantastic. They took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all of my questions, and made me feel completely at ease on the day of my procedure. I had 3,450 grafts, and the procedure itself was far easier than I expected. It was virtually pain-free, and I was so relaxed during the procedure that I genuinely found myself drifting off to sleep at times. That alone says a lot about how comfortable and reassuring the whole experience was.
The accommodation arranged by the clinic was also excellent. The 5-star hotel was beautiful, with spacious, comfortable rooms that were perfect for relaxing and recovering before and after the procedure. It was another example of the thought and care Smile Hair Clinic puts into every part of the patient journey.
Although I'm only two weeks into my recovery, I'm already really impressed with the aftercare. The team has been there every step of the way, always quick to answer my questions and provide reassurance whenever I've needed it. My scabs have now completely cleared, everything is healing really well, and it's reassuring to know they're still checking in and supporting me throughout the recovery process.
I know the final results take time, and I'm genuinely excited to see how everything develops over the coming months. Based on my experience so far, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Smile Hair Clinic to anyone considering a hair transplant.
