Exceeded Expectations
From the first contact with Smile Hair Clinic I was made to feel at ease and immediately felt both comfortable and confident in my decision to use them as my preferred procedure company.
I had approx 8 x consultations with various transplant operators, a mix from Turkey & UK.
Smile was the only clinic I felt an instant trust barrier with the communication..
From enquiry to operation was approx 5wks as I wanted a quick turn around.
Communication was fantastic with all the team and I was constantly updated and informed.
On arrival into Istanbul I was collected from the airport and chauffeured to my hotel of choice, zero issues.
The following morning I was collected from my hotel and brought to the clinic, everything was explained to me in a clear and understanding manner and at no point did I feel either unsure or confused.
Everyone from the receptionist to the surgical team were fantastic, with clear and transparent communications at all times.
My patent case manager, Ceren was fantastic and making me feel at ease was so important…
Going into surgery my emotions were filled with excitement and nerves but having been explained the process I was more than happy to continue.
The whole procedure was approx 5hrs in total.
I was on my way back to hotel approx 7pm.
The following morning was a return to the clinic for a checkup with doctor to inspect that everything had went to plan, a head wash and bandage change.
I was given all the necessary information and products to take home with me.
I am just over 2wks since my procedure and thankfully it seems to have been a complete success, although time will tell.
I have followed all advice given to me, used all their recommended products, I have thankfully avoided any potential infections and not had any side effects.
I did not chose to use smile hair clinic due to the price, that was irrelevant to me, but I went on recommendation from a friend of which I’m so glad I did.
I have nothing but praise and compliments to give regards my whole experience and congratulate the staff for their professionalism.
I shall await to see my progress over coming months and already am planning a return visit in September of this year.
