We all do business with different companies throughout the year and most are unremarkable. But my experience with Dr. John Diep, at Medical Hair Transplants and Aesthetics was extraordinary.
Dr. Diep’s communication, attention to detail and surgical skill is unsurpassed in the industry; his overall customer service and work product is like dealing with a friend where a handshake means he stands behind his products and service.
My issue was a receding hairline; I wanted to fill it in and lower it a bit. I didn’t want a 20-something hairline but a mature hairline that I could style. The end product was and is amazing! I can’t say enough good things about my overall experience with Dr. John Diep and his team. If you are considering a hair transplant, get a consultation with Dr. Diep. You will thank yourself later.
