My rep Mert was phenomenal! In constant contact with me, was always available to answer questions. What a guy!

I stayed at the Holiday Inn Sisli, the staff were amazing, no question or issues were too much trouble, another patient who I met at the hotel, told me that when he arrived late at the hotel, he asked where he could get an adaptor or charger as he didnt have one. Donny (hotel staff) went out at midnight to get him one.

I booked transfers to and from the clinic and the driver was friendly and chatty!

The clinic, wow! Staff were fantastic and looked after me so well!

Honestly, the people of Istanbul are amazing and it's the best customer service that I've ever received!
