Everything went smoothly from the consultation phone call to the booking, transport, accommodating and the procedure.
Batu the patient relations specialist was brilliant with communication via WhatsApp or a phone call - always had great advice and could answer all the questions I had with helpful answers.
The staff who carried out the procedure were very comforting and made me feel well looked after.
Excited to see the results but everything is looking great so far.
