From start to finish, I had a brilliant experience in Istanbul – of course I was completely nervous and unsure of whether it was the right thing to do –Hermest were a fantastic choice, they stood out for me from some of the other providers because they were very honest about not promising a specific number of graphs and they had assessed the donor area in person – there was a level of care and respect that they showed which really gave me confidence and the efficiency with which they executed the transplant was breathtaking.
