Ich hatte im November 2024 meine Haartransplantation bei Hermest Hair clinic in Istanbul.
Im Vorfeld würde ich per videocall sehr gut von der deutschsprachigen Mitarbeiterin Hatice beraten. Die Organisation rund um die Behandlung (Flug, Hotel ...) war perfekt.
Die Haarransplantation dauerte ca. 6 Stunden. Das Team war sehr freundlich und arbeitete zügig und professionell. Die Schmerzen hielten sich bei mir in Grenzen. Es war immer eine deutschsprachige Dolmetscherin vor Ort.
Jetzt, nach 6 Monaten bin ich mit dem Ergebnis sehr zufrieden. Die Haare wachsen und bei mir sieht alles natürlich aus.
Als Nachsorge werde ich monatlich kontaktiert. Ich sende Fotos - diese werden von hermest beurteilt. Bei Fragen erhält man über WhatsApp rasche Rückmeldung.

Had transplant at Hermest about 7 months ago, and thought I would share experience, for those needing assurance. Yes, the day of transplant is a little scary...but they made it comfortable and relatively painless. They were friendly, professional, and absolutely know what they are doing!! I was back in USA, and in public within 10 days! And the care Hermest has provided since is outstanding. First, daily check-in to assure I knew what to do for care, then weekly, and now monthly. Super friendly and knowledgeable people, providing assurance all the way through healing. I have a few more months of improvement left, and I am already thrilled with the results...no more crown bald spot or receding hairline. I am 60 yrs old BTW, but look younger thanks to this procedure. I encourage those who have done this to share their experiences, especially from Hermest...because they are awesome.

Ho effettuato un autotrapianto presso Hermest il 15 agosto. Ho trovato il contatto della clinica online e, dopo aver letto numerosi feedback positivi, ho deciso di prendere il primo contatto.

Già dalla prima videochiamata, il personale si è dimostrato estremamente disponibile, professionale e affidabile. Mi hanno illustrato in dettaglio l’intero processo di autotrapianto e mi hanno fornito un supporto prezioso per l’organizzazione del viaggio, inclusi consigli pratici sulla gestione dei bagagli al ritorno.

Il soggiorno a Istanbul è stato organizzato in modo impeccabile. La clinica si è occupata di tutti gli spostamenti e della prenotazione dell’hotel, garantendomi un’esperienza priva di stress. Inoltre, mi hanno fornito un gruppo WhatsApp dedicato, dove potevo fare domande e ricevere assistenza in caso di dubbi o necessità.

Il giorno successivo al mio arrivo a Istanbul, sono stato prelevato dall'hotel e accompagnato in clinica, dove mi sono state effettuate tutte le analisi necessarie per garantire un intervento sicuro. Durante questa fase, il personale mi ha spiegato nei dettagli tutte le fasi dell’intervento, ascoltando attentamente le mie esigenze.

Successivamente, mi è stata disegnata la linea frontale dei capelli e abbiamo discusso insieme dei risultati desiderati. Dopo il trapianto, mi hanno offerto il pranzo e riaccompagnato in hotel per il riposo post-operatorio.

Il giorno seguente, ho effettuato il primo lavaggio in clinica e poi sono stato riaccompagnato all’aeroporto.

Il post-trapianto è stato molto lineare: la clinica mi ha supportato costantemente, spiegandomi in anticipo il processo di shock post-trapianto e il ciclo di ricrescita. Inoltre, continuano a seguirmi con controlli mensili per monitorare la guarigione, fornendomi consigli utili per ottimizzare i risultati.

Dopo sette mesi, posso dire di essere molto soddisfatto dell’esperienza e dei risultati ottenuti!
