I can only recommend the Hermest Clinic in Istanbul. I had two sessions at the clinic during early 2024 and early 2025. I arranged both sessions personally with the Hermest representative. The initial assessment process was very quick and straightforward: After an inquiry, I was promptly asked for detailed pictures of the sculp and we arranged a call to go through the details. Sapphire FUE was chosen and only the crown area for the first session. Then hotel is arranged by the clinic and you book the flights. During the 2024 session, I had approx. 4500 grafts transplanted to the crown area. The process was very professional and there was always someone I could talk to in English and I was explained how the session will go. It was not painless, but perfectly tolerable. The staff took very good care of me. Then after one year I had the second session when approx. 5000 grafts were transplanted to the front area. Everything was very similar to the first session, no issues whatsoever. I also wanted to thank to Umut (+ Utzku from the first session) and also the entire team for staying so late that day.:) Regarding the most important aspect of these two treatments - the recovery and results: It is important to follow the recommendations and advices, i.e. sleep in the upright position the next days/week, no alcohol, good sculp care. I had no medical issues (bleeding, swollen areas, excessive redness) - all was as cautiously advertised. I tried to be patient with the hair growth. It simply takes time before you start looking "normal". But after few months there was already some growth, albeit slow. Now, after 8 months after the second treatment I can say it was really worth it. Both crown and frontal areas have plenty of new naturally looking hair. The clinic is reputable, they do very good job for a fair and competitive price. All the best!
