The Absolute Best of the Best

I had been struggling with my receding hairline since I was in my early 20's. I spent years going back and forth whether or not I should get a transplant and even if I did, I had no idea where to look and who would do the best work. I did my research and found Dr. Yazdan through some other hair transplant resources online. He was without a doubt the highest regarded surgeon I had researched. I finally mustered up the courage to take some pictures of my hair and email his office for a consultation. Since I live in another state that was the only way I was going to be able to do it. Within a couple of days we had our phone consultation and agreed that I was a perfect candidate for a hair transplant. We decided that I would benefit the most from the FUT procedure as that would yield the best results for someone with my hair loss pattern. I felt nervous about the prospect of having a procedure done but felt 100% confident in his abilities based on his kindness, patience, credentials, and the time he took to talk to me. A few months later, I flew out to Newport from Seattle to have my procedure done. From the second I stepped into the office I felt at ease. The staff was so incredibly kind and wonderful. Truly. I am such a cynic and yet these people were able to put me at ease and assure me that I was in the best of hands. I felt absolutely ZERO pain during the duration of the transplant. I even made conversation with the staff and Dr. Yazdan throughout and watched Netflix. I took a break in between where they ordered lunch for me. The procedure lasted around 6 hours. Afterall, it takes time to harvest donor areas. When I was finished, they made sure I had all the materials and resources I needed to make sure I felt comfortable and confident with the post surgery steps. I went back the next day for a final check up and after that, I flew back home to Seattle.
I had 3000 grafts done and here I am one year later happier than I have ever been about my hair transplant. It was the best time and money I ever spent. As someone who spent plenty of time researching and feeling unsure of where to start and who to talk to, I can tell you that Dr. Yazdan and his staff are among the most professional and compassionate experts in the field. This is the place you should go. Please do not "cut corners" by trying to find someone cheap or inexperienced. I have spoken with many people who have their own horror stories because they didn't listen to the professionals. Dr. Yazdan was honest with me about my expectations from the beginning and told me up front that I would see at least a 70-80% improvement with my transplant. And I absolutely do see one. I am so grateful that I was in the right hands and hope that this review helps people like me who have struggled with hair loss. I no longer wear hats to cover up my head and I never think about how exposed or "see through" my hair line is.
