Gynocamastia Surgery P
I went to Dr Casteñeda for gynocamastia surgery and am extremely happy with the results. Dr Casteñeda was the only doctor in Tijuana that would conduct a free virtual consultation with me. His patient coordinator, Adrianna, was especially helpful with all of my questions leading up to the operation. Post surgery, I had no issues with pain, swelling, or bruising.
