Gynecomastia Type 4 !!

What can I say , now in my 40s waited all my life to get rid of the curse I’ve had since a young boy , all the ridicule , self shame , not participating in all things I wish I could , I decided I was in a position where I could financially put my self first and take the leap . Type 4 Gynecomastia, I did my research and trust me I traveled the full length of Great Britain seeing 5 surgeons. My end choice was Dr Tillo . I will be honest the most expensive choice but … I felt it was right . First consultation I knew ! The way he listened , told him my desired outcome and he took it all on board ! Day of surgery went so smoothly! Huge skin removal , lipo , nipples repositioning, not a walk in the park . 3 hours later awoke and I couldn’t believe it , completely flat chested . Life changing .
Saw him again 10 days later , scar tape removed , nipples checked …. Amazing .
