Hi,

These are some before and after photos, the affer photos were about 2 weeks post surgery. Can you guys notice any improvements? I am starting to worry thinking whether there is an improvement or not, do you guys still see puffiness? I have got scar tissue now under my right which was a lot puffier than my left but it’s still quite swollen potentially after 3 months and after rubbing the nipple for too long it’s avrually got quite painful and believe the scar tissue has increased.

So this is a photo of what my chest looks like on a daily basis. I can’t help but notice that my nipples haven’t reduced in size which is what I intended to happen when I got Gyno surgery. Can people please give me feedback and tell me what they think of it.. I personally don’t notice much of a difference compared to what they used to look like... do I just need to tone my chest? Lose fat!?

It is possible to reduce the size of the nipple with surgery. Exercise will tone the chest muscle and lift the fat. But exercise alone will not reduce the problem. How much gland and fat you reduce is always debatable as the last think you want is silicon implants to fill the cavity

Post 3 months Gyno op

Charming8163
Post 3 month Op, been going gym, working chest. Would like to get some feedback to see what people think, any improvement? Must admit this is straight after a Gym session so nipples are hard. Would appreciate what anyone thinks, do I need to lose more fat off my body? Can still feel hard lump behind both nipples and when they aren’t hard they still have that puffy element look to them

As a gym user myself and by judging your photo I would say stop worrying you look fine. Agreed you need to shift some belly fat though to improve your shape. You are what you eat:-) sort the diet and stick to a good exercise plan.
