Local surgeon and word of mouth. I decided to schedule a consultation with Dr. Vinyard and was completely amazed by his staff and genuine concern to help me reach my goals. H0ly smokes.. what a huge difference.. you wouldnt think you were ever heavy in your entire life.. good for you. I too went through my journey and also very into fitness. I am hoping one day to do a competition. The only thing that shys me away is the cost to do one. I have been training myself. Great job and keep up the amazing work. san
