I am still swollen in my stomach from the tummy tuck. My left breast has still not dropped (implant) but Dr. Arenas will be fixing it. I'm going back in January for a BBL revision as I'm close, but not %100 where I want my body to be. Dr arenas did a fantastic job considering how much work I got done at the same time however due to the fact that I couldn't be under anasthesia for a long time he did the best he could given my bodies limitations.

Okay guys! Today I am 3 weeks post opp after my BBL TT and breast aug/lift. Here is a picture of my backside. I am still very swollen. Feeling a bit discouraged as my friends who have had BBLs done have all had their swelling subside faster than me. Slow and steady I guess! Keep in mind my ass is not huge because I was not on the heavier side pre opp. I didn't have allot of fat to transfer as I've lost allot of weight.

LITERALLY, YOU WILL NOT FIND A MORE CARING AND SKILLED PLASTIC SURGEON ON THE PLANET. Dr. Arenas has truly been a god send in my life. I don't think many plastic surgeons realize how much of a tremendous impact they have on their patients lives. I lived in disparity, isolation and complete shame before I made the step of contacting Dr. Arenas. I was apprehensive at first of exploring medical tourism but you will NOT regret your decision of coming to Guadalajara and having the honour of meeting Dr. Arenas. There are some situations in life, and certain people who enter it that make such an impact in your life you don't know how to thank them enough. Dr. Arenas gave me something I thought was unattainable and something I'd wished for so long and that is the opportunity to stand in the mirror and admire my beautiful new curves. Before my surgery I suffered with engaging in intimate encounters with partners because of the shame I felt over how I looked due to sagging loose skin from weight loss. Not only is he a master at his craft but he literally makes you feel like you are his only patient. He is incredibly attentive, gentle, and is there for you every step of the way. The facility in which he practices out of, innovare hospital truly is incredible. I was planning to not have any procedures done after this one but i'm pretty sure I'll be back for more!
