It’s been 2 months since my bbl and I am doing great and my results are wonderful. I have been getting weekly massages to help with any lumps or bumps which has been going nicely. Using hot stones feel so good and eliminates bumps easier. I had large lumps near my underarms which have almost completely gone away. I have been going to the gym and doing a lot of walking which has helped with circulation. I was so sore and stiff, it took serveral weeks of stretching to feel almost normal and even then I am not quite there. I am still wearing the compression garment and believe there is still swelling where my stomach and hips meet when I remove the garment, but has been getting better week by week. Overall, all is great and I am very happy with my results that look natural. I told Dr. Arenas I wanted an elegant physique, similar to Pippa Middleton or Carla Bruni, he understood and did an exceptional job. I do not believe my results would have been as good with some of the U.S. doctors I received quotes from, which were 4x as much in cost. I am so happy that I am not in debt for this procedure and love my results!

I think you look great! I love the natural results. That's what I'm looking for. I am scheduled for surgery on Monday 8/20. I'm so nervous and excited all at once. Thank you for sharing your story.

Hello all! I have been back home for about 9 days now. The flight back wasn’t too bad but I was super swollen by the time I returned to my house and really tired. I decided to upgrade my return flight to first class, and it was well worth it. I highly recommend flying first class on the way back, it’s about $400 more (maybe less) or you can use your miles. Money well spent for your comfort! My recovery is going well, still tough at times but nothing I didn’t expect. I return to work next week. My bum is still pretty large, hoping it goes down more...I think it will, then it will be perfect for my taste. See photos, I love Dr. Arenas’ work, and the team has sent me messages to ensure I’m well and answered a few questions I had. Very happy patient!!

Your results are amazing! how long was your flight back? Do you know what specifically caused the swelling? I'm a 23 hour flight away......

Thanks darling! The flight was not too long, about 2.5 hours. I believe the movement to the from the airport, the summer heat and the elevation caused the swelling which is normal and subsided the following day after resting.

You look great! Quick question are you also wearing foam boards? How long do you have to wear those until you transition into the next faja?

August 3, 2018
Thank you very much! I started wearing the foam boards about 1 week after surgery, for about two weeks, I have been in the final faja since with no boards. I started the final raja about 3 weeks after surgery, maybe a couple days shy of three weeks.

I’m on week 2 with foam boards and I’m on the 3rd latch of the faja. I tried on the second faja and I’m noooo where close to getting into that thing!! I got so discouraged! But I guess I’ll wait another week or two...I was thinking maybe they gave me the wrong size or something.

I was in the same boat, literally couldn’t do my faja with the foams on but it happens suddenly you drop down to the next stage pretty quickly, don’t worry.
