I am turning 30 at the end of March and am ready to walk into my 30th year with a new BOD. I am going to be doing a large makeover -- eeeeek! I will do lipo (belly, flanks, back, chin), tummy tuck, BBL, and whatever else the Dr thinks. I have read AMAZING reviews about Dr. Arenas, so I have reached out to him to set up a consult. I have attached my before pics and will keep you updated on my journey!

Has anyone done it alone?
Hey guys! I told my family that I am going to be doing this in the coming months and they aren't being super supportive. My mom likely cant travel due to health reasons, and I think I can get my dad to go but I dont want him to see my so vulnerable (and naked) lol. Has anyone done this alone, and if so, how was it?

I have the same dilemma as you. When are you thinking about having your surgery? I'm planning on mid April. Maybe we can coordinate.

I haven't picked a date yet -- but April is the approximate time. I want to go before summer so it's not too hot. Which surgeries are you doing? After chatting with him he recommended Lipo, Tuck, and BBL.

TT, BBL, 360 contour, BL w/ implants. I'm flying down there next month to meet him in person and to go check out a few places to stay I found on airbnb.

I have flown with people for a very reasonable price and am able to help them through their journey. It is a very challenging moment for your body and mind and it is nice to have someone there for you

I think you have nice skin & honestly don't need a body lift or tummy tuck. It doesn't appear you have stretch marks and even though it'll be tough if you aren't an active person if you did a workout program like P90 and ate right eating on a program like the JJ smith plan or the fit2fat2fit plan you could tone up really nicely and you won't have to pay nearly as much for surgery, go through all that pain for recovery or have extensive scaring that the surgery will leave you

Many surgeons, particularly those NOT in the US, have contracts with "recovery homes", where someone can stay during the first week or so after surgery. I'm guessing that Dr. Arenas' office will be able to put you in contact with facilities that are local to his surgery center. As I've looked into surgery, I've come to believe that I'll need to factor in a little extra money to stay at a recovery house before traveling home.
