I had my first surgery 9 years ago (almost to the day!) with saline implants. I went from a B cup to a DD; pretty substantial. They were done peri-areolar under the muscle. I decided to have them redone this time with silicone gel ("gummie bears") and because of the size (I am now a 36G/36F) they could not be done through the old incision but rather had to be done in the breast crease with larger incisions (gummie bear implants can not be "inflated" after insertion the way saline implants can). The incisions are about 3-4 inches. Sounds worse than it is. I have included pics below. My motivation was the natural drop that occurred with my implants. They weren't "sagging" or in need of a lift, but I was not comfortable with the drop that had occurred. Thus I went up in size to tighten up the skin and make them firmer (and consequently larger).

Dr. Orseck is a phenomenal surgeon! While my first surgeon did a good job, he was not very personable and made me feel very "put off". Dr. Orseck and his team are not only highly skilled, they are easy to talk to about any concerns and have excellent bedside manner. I had actually met with a surgeon in the Mt. Pleasant area who I won't name, but he made me feel very uncomfortable about going under with him, even though he was the highest rated surgeon in the area. You don't get the feeling that it is just about the money as they work with you greatly on payment schedule and even have several discounts and incentives. I'm currently 2 weeks post-op and pain free. My implants are exactly where I want them. The incisions are healing nicely and I'm confident in time they will be hardly noticeable. For anyone considering a first or second breast augmentation (I can't speak to >2), I highly recommend Dr. Orseck and his team. You won't regret it. My final advice, meet with the team for a consultation--go with your gut!

Glad to hear you're already happy with your revision results! It's nice you were able to get away without a lift. Feel free to see how other March 2016 breast implant revision members are doing on this forum. Keep us posted as you continue to settle in. Congratulations!

Thanks so much!
