I love my belly button. No silly marble trick needed Dr. McFadden did an excellent job. My scar is just a thin little line and is healing nicely. I am still needing fluid to be drained ever 4-5 days but that's better then every 2-3 days. Went back to work on Monday March 13th and this week has been busy but good. Have some swelling above the belly button from sitting most of the day and walking the property. Hope everyone is doing well.

Your belly button turned out really nice. It's the best one I've seen :)

So I have entered into the infamous swell hell. I have been collecting fluid and have needed to be drained four times now. It's not terrible but it is definitely not fun. I do think I am coming to the end of the fluid buildup. On Wednesday they only had 50cc on one side so that's good. Previously is was 150,160,120, and then the 50.

I have been trying on clothes which has made me super happy. I have cleaned out my closet of all my 14s and 16s. My 12s are fitting quite nice and I think when everything is said and done with all the swelling, getting back to exercise and continuing the whole 30/Paleo diet my end result will be somewhere between size 8 and 10.

Here is a pic of me in some lingerie I owned back in the day when I was closer to a 12 but it never looked this good. You can see in the picture where the top half of my belly is nice and flat however you can see the little pooch where there's swelling. That part is actually kind of hard so they've been doing ultrasound to soften up that scar tissue. I've also had to really massage it several times a day to help break up the scar tissue but they assure me that it will go flat and give me the result that I'm looking for.

I've never been a fan of selfie's or being in pictures so I'm not really good at taking pictures by myself. Trying to get a side profile is incredibly difficult by yourself so you'll have to trust me that it actually looks really good! ????
