I have never been happy with the overall size and shape of my breasts. It didn't matter if I was at my heaviest or my skinniest, they were always uneven and constricted. I am 31 and have used multiple methods of fertility treatments, which did not help in the breast and weight department.
My husband was very supportive and told me to "go for it".
Dr. McFadden and his team are top notch. He suggested a full lift with implant for my larger breast and a periareolar lift with implant for my smaller breast. Dr. McFadden also did a little lipo at my bra band and bottom of the rib cage on my back.
Abby, Kim, and Kait are some of the sweetest and funniest nurses I have ever had the opportunity to meet. They had all the answers and put my mind at ease.
I've posted my before photo and I am home from surgery. Not in pain, necessarily, but sore and bleeding a little. We had discussed goal pictures and sizes and I wanted a C plus or full D. He went with a moderate plus silicone implants under the muscle (he is the only doc in the state that does placement transaxillary). The larger breast has 350cc and the smaller 450 cc. I am so excited! I will post more when the bandage come off tomorrow.

I'm in the Geeenville area and McFadden was recommended by a neighbor. I am looking forward to reading more of your recovery. Is he open to other placements? I would prefer crease, if possible.

It is the end of surgery day and I feel great. I am not sure about the other placement options. I really liked the reasoning for the transaxillary incision. Apparently it provides more muscle coverage etc. I was nervous about that too, and I am happy he does it that way. He also provides you with a vitamin kit that helps minimize bruises and helps healing. And he provides a really awesome healing cream. I'm so excited to see how it all comes together!

Thank you for the replies. I just made 2 consults with 2 surgeons here, but looks like I need to add McFadden to my list.

I booked with Graham & Blakemore. Both were personal recommendations and I like their pics online.

I go soon to get my bandages off. I still feel great- the trick is to set alarms and stay ahead of the pain.

Great. I hope everything looks beautiful, I know you can't wait to see the final result. I am so a anxious for Tuesday to come. I can't think of anything else other than my surgery day!

I feel great! I am a little sore, but 10 minutes of ice and pain reliever helps a lot. I had a little bleeding, but I just wrapped with gauze and tape.

Bandages off! Strap and bra on!
I definitely have bruising and swelling but am not discouraged. I am still feeling as though I am on top of my pain management. And the breast that had the full lift has not bruising, etc. all of this is typical.
