4 weeks post op. I will make sure to update new photos weekly. The nurse said at the 4 week mark I am able to wear regular sports bras as long as they have a clasp or zipper. I am able to sleep on my side or stomach. I can shower every other day instead of daily as long as all my wounds are closed. I can exercise as long as I take it easy and it doesn't involve my upper body.

You look fantastic!!!
Thinking very hard about it, so nervous. How long does the pain last and how long does this procedure usually takes?
Being nervous is natural. The pain is very minimal and feels more like a sun burn. I was only on my pain medication for 2-3 days.
I am also having a lift with no BA. I am extremely active andI have a hard time finding support. The smaller the better:) just want them perky, too! Yours look great!
Oh wow! They look so much better!
Thank you! Especially compared to the first day I had breast lift surgery. It's remarkable how well the body can heal.
Thank you for posting the pictures. I was all ready to have my lift when my husband freaked out about the scars. Would like to see after 6 months to a year.
Hi tammie969.... I'm now two weeks post op (BL with lipo on tummy and lower back)! I can totally relate to your post. My hubby was and still is about the scaring as well. I worked on him of two years. A lot of my reasoning was back and neck pain but the having them perky and where they should be was a close second. The lipo was a complete after thought, more$$$, but so glad I did it too! Through many tears and long discussions I finally convinced I was going to do this regardless and really needed his support. After he went to my consult my PS showed us many post op boobies....the scar was almost not visible on some patients after a year. My doc seemed to think I would get that same result. But to be honest....I wasn't as concerned with that as much as he was. The immediate relief (even though I'm super swollen) is so worth it. It's amazing how much it slimmed me down just by making them perky again. I'm 37, mother of three and I wanted my boobs back! I talked and read so many women that where in their fifties and wished they did it 20 yrs before, so it's never too late! Anyway, I hope this helps. I am so glad we all have this website to share bc I found that not too many do this procedure in my immediate circle or family (ie hubby).......so I can't blame them for not understanding. Good luck and take care. :)

I got a breast lift on March 8th (now almost 3 weeks post op) and I am loving the results. I had very minimal pain. I only had to take pain medicine for 3 days. I would say the hardest part for me was having to sleep on my back for 2 weeks since I am a side sleeper. I had breast implants under the muscle 390cc each and was a 36DD. Weight gain, gravity and two kids later I wanted my implants removed, no replacement implants and a lift. I am now a full 36B currently and I couldn't be happier. As soon as I can I want to be able to do intense workouts since I wasn't able to with DD's. This surgery was well worth it and one of the best decisions I have ever made.

Thank you for posting. I have a consultation on Thursday for a lift without implants. Most women seem to always get BA with the lift. Your results look great.
Thank you. I definitely love being all natural. Hope your consultation goes well.
That's because women who have had kids tend to have saggy breasts with not a lot of tissue. My surgeon refuses to do a BA without a lift on me because he says it won't be a desirable result at ALL. I don't have the money for a lift AND augmentation so I have to wait until next year. That's okay though, because I wouldn't want to spend so much money on a BA and not like the results anyway.

You look so perky! :0)

Thanks for sharing your experience and photos here. I'm glad this went well for you!

Thank you. :)
Maybe it's just the pictures but your nipples look a little strange and puckered to me, have they changed much since the surgery.
I have inverted nipples. :)
Thank you for sharing. I am also having a BL no BA. I am finding that most are having the BA which makes me second guess my decision. Your BL lift looks great :-)
Thank you. I love not having implants. It feels so great to be complete natural and not having to worry about getting my implants removed in the future.
