I'm at the beginning stage of this journey. Feeling excited and nervous about my first consultation. This community has assisted me with establishing my baseline knowledge. I'm ready to take the next step and have a productive dialogue with the first PS. I am hoping to achieve a more vulumpious top half to even out my bottom half. As you can tell from the pics, I enjoy pretty much any outdoor activity - hiking, diving, climbing. I want a curvy top half without loosing my outdoors lifestyle. Hopefully that will be achievable.

Did you have your first consult yet? Can't wait to hear how things went!

Was a wonderful experience with Dr. Coley. Working on next steps: Schedule procedure and complete Pre-op appointment. Decisions made thus far: Silicone implants under the muscle with an inframammary incision. I won't make a final decision on size until pre-op appointment, but considering 385, 400, and 450. I want to see the sizers and collect Dr. Coley's final input. I would be interested in hearing what others with broad shoulders and a wide chest have experienced. I have been searching the community for similar lifestyles (outdoors/active) and physique.

Wow, you made a lot of progress...how exciting! Sounds like you're close on your implant size. Did you discuss implant profiles too? Although you're not a body builder, some of these women have wider shoulders on this Bodybuilder/Fitness Competitor forum. If the link does not work, check out my Notebooks in my profile for links to various forums.

It's been a few months since your initial post. Have you had the surgery? How did things go? Are you happy with the new you? What size implant and kind of implant did you go with? About what size bra are you hoping to be. I am a similar size to you but not quite as outdoorsy as you. I waiting for the go ahead for the consultation.

Hi luckyleslie1 - yes my surgery was April 6th and I'm so happy. I'm recovering nicely but the right sista (boob) is following a different schedule than the left. I decided on the Inspira srf 450cc. I never really concentrated on a bra size, but knew that I wanted a fullness that evened out my hips. I didn't want to have a pear

Accuracy, consistency and caring customer service is what I experienced from the first point of contact via the phone, during the consult, and with the follow-up telephone call after the consult appointment to ensure all of my questions were answered. They have far exceeded my expectations and while I had other consults scheduled - I don't believe I need to look any further to find my PS. Dr. Coley and his staff have set a very high customer service experience that other health care establishments should follow.

Pre-op appointment is done. I picked up my meds, light weight zipper hoodies, and frozen fruit for blending drinks to reduce swelling. I moved my favorite lounge chair to the bedroom. I know it sounds silly - but it has a counter weight that reclines with minimum effort to the appropriate angle for relaxing and sleeping. ????
