I'm healing quite nicely. I still massage everyday to keep the "sistas" movable and soft within their pockets. I do not have to massage down or wear a band any longer. I have been using morrocan oil on my gals and massaging vitamin E in circular motions over my scars. I also completed my first bra sizing yesterday and they placed me into a 34 D. Wow - what a lovely day!!

Overall rating

Dr. Coley, Chelsea, Melanie, and Julie were attentive and genuinely interested in my breast augmentation questions and concerns. Dr. Coley was patient with all of the dialogue - which I'm sure he has encountered thousands of times. My husband and I were very impressed with his confident attitude and patient-centered approach towards my goals. He was precise in his responses and explanations, which I greatly appreciated as a detail-oriented individual. Accuracy, consistency and caring customer service is what I experienced from the first point of contact via the phone, during the consult Q&A, and with the follow-up telephone call after the consult appointment to ensure all of my questions were answered. They have far exceeded my expectations and while I had other consults scheduled - I don't believe I need to look any further to find my PS. Dr. Coley and his staff have set a very high customer service experience that other health care establishments should follow.

1 Month Post Op

Excellent 1 month post op appointment- feeling great ????. My right sista (boob) is stubborn and dropping slower than left sista. PS advised to continue massages in all directions; but the right side receives additional attention with downward pressure 3 times a day. Just reminding myself to be patient as good things come to those who wait.

You've got such nice volume. I know you're worried about them dropping but I bet a year from now you'll wonder why you worried at all! How long do you plan on updating your review? I'm thinking monthly from here out until three months, then every 3-4 months until I'm 1 year post op.
I'm going to post monthly updates. Thanks for asking that question. I found that monthly updates really helpful during my research phase, so I'm "paying it forward."

You're right, it takes patience for both sides to eventually drop! Hang in there...you're lookin' good!

Breast Augmentation: Person-centered Care

I had a breast augmentation done in April 2017.  I am still in the healing stages.  Dr. coley, Melanie, Chelsea, and Julie were absolutely fabulous.  From the first consultation to my post op exams, everyone made me feel at ease and confident in the decision I made.   The person-centered care approach is extremely comforting and other health care establishments should use Dr. Coley's office as an example when developing their patient-centered care process.  My breasts are amazing and I continue to receive excellent care during each follow up appointment.

Thank you for posting, and please keep us informed as you heal. I am also 47. We are pretty close in height and weight; I'm 5'8" 168#. My first consult was two years ago, but money was an issue. I've saved up, though, and it looks like this summer I'll go under the knife
Absolutely - oneladyaaa. I'm just about to post my 1 month post op appointment results. Stay tuned for my stubborn sista (the right gal) - lol :-)
