I am one week pre op of getting my BA. I am super excited and super nervous. I will be getting silicone overs in the range of 375-450 cc's, going from a deflated C to a D. My PS recommend that I get overs since I dont really want to get a lift and have the lollipop scarring. I still can't believe that I am doing it. I have three boys, 15, 6 & 5 so I need to repair the damage that has been done from nursing. Also, I have recently went from 170 pounds to 155 pounds and I am still trying to bring sexy back. Anyone else getting their BA next week? Any advice on how to be prepared?

I will post after pics next week :)

Hi, Im sure you will have fantastic results and love them. I had a revision done 2 weeks ago and went from 250 unders to 450 overs. I love having overs, they are just like real boobs and feel better than my unders did in the 26yrs i had them! They dont distort with muscle contraction which is wonderful. The recovery time is sooo much easier too with MUCH less pain. My surgeon said I was very flat and saggy when he took my old ones out and I filled out nicely with the 450cc. Good luck.

So excited for you! I hope all goes well. I am looking into getting silicone overs as well, hopefully around winter (I'm shooting for mid-late December) im afraid that I don't have enough breast tissue for silicone unders (I'm currently a B) What do you think?

Thank you. From my understanding if you don't have enough breast tissue, they usually place the implant under the muscle. You should consult with a few PS before making your decision. If I'm correct, the more breast tissue you have, the better to conceal the implant when getting overs. Good luck and we'll keep eachother posted :)

Hi there I just got 420s, I have 4 kids so similar to your before pics. All I can say is be prepared for PAIN some people are different but when I woke up it was bad. Also have someone take very good care of you because everything very limited without causing pain. Good luck xx

BA to be Postponed.... Bummed

rvalencia8025
I am so bummed! I think I worked my nerves up too much about my upcoming BA scheduled on 4/29/15. I was diagnosed with Bells Palsy five years ago (which went away) and I started feeling a little stressed out being that this is an elective procedure and am I making the right choice, I hope my husband can handle the load for a few days, will work be lost without me me for a week???? Well I worked my self up and started get twitches in the bridge of my nose and my eye would not stop watering. All being said, yesterday my doctor put me on steroids for six days :-/ and obviously one cannot have surgery on steroids. Now I have to reschedule my procedure tomorrow, just two days before. Let's see how well that goes. I just need to stop being a nervous nelly and take me time.

Thanks for letting me vent lol

You poor darling. I have also had Bell's palsy and what a horrid thing it is! Get yourself better, get some b12 shoots as that helped me recover and then have the surgery you deserve!

Thanks so much! I am doing my massages and acupuncture and I am hoping all will be well by 5/28/15 (my new date). Bells Palsy is a horrible thing, but I am fighting through it. Thanks so much for your kind words :)

One Day Post-op 400cc overs

rvalencia8025
Yesterday my BA went well. Got up early, got kids situated and off to school. I was on the road to Greenbrae about an hour away from home. Checked in at 8:15 and was called back at 8:30, right on time. I woke up and just felt super nauseous. I ended up getting 400cc in my left breast and 475cc in my right since that was my smaller breast. The ride home was a bit brutal due to the nausea, but I made It. I didn't feel pain, just sore. Woke up this morning still feeling dizzy but not so much nausea. I do however am very constipated. I heard that canned peaches should do the trick. I go back this afternoon for my post op vist and a sneak peak. I will post more picks later. So far, so good.
