I had a previous rhinoplasty with another dr who left my nose too long for my face, my septum being deviated to the right, the tip being too thick and pointing downward. Dr Poulos delivered exactly what I wanted fixed with my nose. He shorted the length, reduced and raised the tip, straightened the deviation all with a natural appearance!
