Dr. Jacono is a miracle worker. Let me start off...
Let me start off by saying this was my third Rhinoplasty, and 2nd Revision! Here is my story and what finally lead me to Dr. Jacono. I had a bicycle accident when I was 12 and my nose was never the same. As a young adult at 26, I was tired of feeling ugly - I wanted to look like the person I was born to be. I had my first Rhinoplasty by a no-name surgeon in NYC that a friend of a friend referred. He was inexpensive, I was young, and at that point, it was my only option for any salvation. The doctor did an average job - better than it was but nothing great - and it always looked like I had a Rhinoplasty, but I lived with it, because I had no other choice. Little did I know between the ages of 36 and 37, my nose would start to collapse, and by the time I turned 38, my nose was completely collapsed, retracted, twisted, and deformed. At 38, I did my research, and ended up having my 1st revision done by a very well known Cosmetic Surgeon based out of the mid-west, who I thought would be the answer to my prayers. I paid $30,000.00 for the Rhinoplasty alone (plus whatever the Dr. billed my health insurance company) and spent thousands of dollars flying back and forth to the mid-west, follow ups, hotel stays, you name it - to end up with a GIGANTIC, UGLY, WIDE, FAT, TRIANGULAR NOSE that did not fit my face. After three years of basically hiding -- I took control and literally by the grace of some higher power - found Dr. Jacono. I am TWO WEEKS post-op and ALREADY my nose looks phenomenal. I have the face of the girl I once knew. I actually resemble my family. I cant express truly what a life changing experience this has been for me. I thought there was no hope. Dr. Jacono has not only has restored my hope, he LISTENED TO ME WITH GENUINE COMPASSION, AND HE DELIVERED. HE GAVE ME THE NOSE I WANTED, rather than giving me a cut-out model of a nose that did not belong on my face. Whats REALLY WONDERFUL is that my nose looks so natural. You would never think in a million years that I had my nose done, let alone, for the 3rd time. I am so excited for the full healing to take place.
