My belly button is healed but my scar is hypertrophic which is raised but I just started scar treatment. Do you have pictures up? If you considered it then you want it and if you want it go for it. I had a rough recovery but it was worth it and you are considering the best PS!!

I actually have an upcoming appt. with him this week in regards to a tummy tuck. I'm so nervous... On his website I saw a few tummy tuck pics but really didn't see the tummy tuck scar.

I've been botched after lipo with another doctor and truthfully I wouldnt have ever consider a TT before. But I can't change the past.

My incision is only 3 weeks old after being revised but I don't mind sending pics. You won't be disappointed with Dr. Tehrani. Explain exactly what you want and that's what he will do. I was very concerned about my belly button and it's perfectly round! Most TT patients have wierd belly buttons. My incision is very thin and low and he has a good steady hand you can tell from my incision.

Hi, Santyl is a prescription ointment that helps build skin back and prevents infection. I used Silvadine too and that's prescription as well. Google Santyl and check out the website. How big is the wound? Is it deep? You will be ok. I promise. It just takes time. Be patient. One day at a time.

I cleaned it everyday sometimes twice a day depending on how much drainage I had. I cleaned it with Steril Saline Wound Wash which I purchased at CVS. Please be very careful and as sanitary as possible. Santyl is amazing stuff. Let me know if you have any other questions!! :)

Thank you so much! Im on my third say using santyl and already see it eating away the white gibrinous material. What happens after the white stuff is almost gone? I havs a lot of red voming in from the borders

It starts to turn pink you can see it in my second picture. Then before you know it you're healed! I have to update my profile. I just had a scar revision 3 weeks ago and some more lipo. I'm so swollen but my scar looks the way it should've looked in the first place. Eating right and taking vitamins play a big part.

Do you have pics? What happened to you? I tried to look at your profile but I don't see pics. Whatever it is you are going through in about two weeks you will feel way better. I promise! Santyl gave me major healing results in a week!

I just posted as a question, but it says it takes a day to put it up. There i added pics of the lesion area and how its changes from day 1 with the silver sulfa cream and now with santyl.

Hi, docs answered and said everything looks clean and im doing the right thing but now the yellow stuff santyl is worlinng on seams like its melting off like lifting from whatever tissue is underneath, is this how it happened with the yellow material for you?

Hey! I just looked. Yes it is healing the same way mine did. I'm so happy for you. In a few weeks you will be healed! Mine was much deeper so yours automatically looks way better than mine did. I'm so happy for you.

I feaked out yesterday when my hubby was cleaning and appling the santyl and he was able to lift the yellow stuff with a Q tip and see under it. Its as if it was melting away, its getting all gooy and can be moved with the gauze but parts are still stuck. Did your behave like this and then all of a sudden the yellow stuff just came off on the gauze?? Thanks for ur support and feedback
