My experience was fabulous. From the time I walked in the door and was greeted by friendly concierge. I was then offered a beverage and had my parking validated. I was amazed at how beautiful the waiting area was. It was more like a beautufil living room, very tranquil and cozy. I was greeted by a couple of other staff members. All very friendly. You can tell they all love their jobs.
I was a bit nervous about my IPL. The technician came and got me again, very friendly and accommodating. I had a few questions about the procedure and they were all answered confidently. I was offered a couple of different options before my IPL. All of which were to make me more comfortable. The procedure was fine and the results were exactly what I was wanting and expecting. I had a few more question about different procedures. Dr. B came right into the room and answered them with care and concern making sure I was inquiring about procedures that fit my needs.
As I was checking out I went home with post procedure instructions. Last but not least I was acknowledged when I left. I will definently be going back for future procedures.
