I started with Dr Ringler because he had the best credentials and photos of what I was looking for in this area. He also does tummy tucks without drains that sounded much more appealing.
I am a mother of 3, the last one was a c-section just over 3 years ago. I managed to drop the weight but still have the excess skin and muscle separation.

I just had my tummy tuck yesterday and all went very smoothly. Dr Ringler liposuctioned out 2lbs of fat! I forgot to mention that I'm 5'4" and weighed in at 140lbs when I got checked in for surgery. My surgeon said it wasn't necessary for me to have lipo done on my flanks. Anyway, I've been on a constant Norco every 4 hours and ibuprofen 800 every 8 hours. I've been sticking to a clean diet, a lot of protein and bone broth along with pineapple and Ezekiel toast.
I have no drains to worry about and I have a device on the outside of my binder that sends out electro magnetic pulses to help alleviate pain. I'm a bit sore but I'm able to get up out of my recliner and walk around on my own. I haven't removed the bandages yet so I don't have any pictures. Tomorrow I plan on showering so I'll see if my husband will snap some pics then.
