About a year ago, I had abdominal implants done by Dr. Steinbrech. When I went in for my initial consultation, I was so pleasantly taken back by the hospitality and level of comfort (and professionalism) the staff made me feel- being nervous, I feel it was essential to speak with someone who was so welcoming and easy to talk to. I felt like I was conversing with friends rather than discussing a medical problem.
I did have prior surgeries on my abdomen, and was unsure how the implants would look. The doctor was very upfront with me about what he could and couldn’t do/fix- He did not lie or try to “schmooze” me into having the procedure
After I healed, I was concerned about how things turned out, and was expecting to be left “hanging” so to speak, but that was not the case.
Not only was the staff prompt with communication, and addressed all of my needs (and I was a pain at times), but, to my surprise, I can say, Dr. Steinbrech is a man of his word, he told me flat out, “I will work with you to accomplish what will make you happy,” and he did!
I ended up having Dr. Steinbrech modify a few things to make the outcome more of what I anticipated- and he did so FREE of charge! This also gave me the opportunity to really get to know the doctor, and he is a very genuine, caring person as well as an extremely meticulous surgeon!
I was so pleased, I am considering getting more work done by him.
