I went to Mexico and you can see through my other review how screwed up it came out. I am excited. Dr Golpa is the best and he is gonna help me. My surgery is on June 1.2016. I am so hoping I get the help I need. He has done hundreds of these procedures. His lab is very impressive and his staff and kind and helpful.

After looking at your pictures/comments, I realized dental implants are confusing with the general public.
From your xrays, none appeared inside your sinuses. A 3d xray would be better to confirm. Also, you were concerned about your implants in the back being crooked. That IS the all on 4 procedure. To avoid grafting into the sinus & putting straight implants afterwards, they are placed on a diagonal. You are about to get this done again.
You had plenty of bone up front on the top. Its noticed in your pics before extractions & after with the plastic overdenture. Due to the type of prosthesis (denture teeth over metal frame), the lab placed plastic teeth & gums. This left you with long teeth & bulky plastic behind the teeth. An under bite also meant the bite was not correct.
Since you had/have/show plenty of gum (with bone underneath), you needed a prosthesis that was JUST teeth. No gums. With the bone you have, your implant teeth should appear like they come out of your gums.
Now, you are about to get the all on 4 in nevada. In order to hide the edge of the prosthesis the doctor will shave down the bone upwards in order to fit gums & teeth with the screwed in denture.
Most people believe they are getting a bridge of teeth & end up getting a screwed - in denture. There is a big block of plastic with screw holes that everybody hides behind bright white denture teeth in those pics. You have a picture of them, & you are about to repeat.
The reason they are so common is the ease of making them. It requires less steps & you move the denture teeth into place on the wax & send to finish.
None of my patients would accept those so I stopped making them. I place real bridges out of zirconium or porcelain over metal. No palatal coverage, no screw holes, no plastic, cemented over 5-8 implants for less than 25k. You rinse & floss underneath. At cleaning visits you never remove the teeth.
Before you proceed, ask:
if you are getting angled implants,
If you are getting over-dentures,
If you have to have your teeth unscrewed for cleanings?
As a beautiful singer, you will show that smile a lot. Make sure you like what you are getting. Hopefully this removes future surprises.

I understand you're a DDS, but Dr Golpa preformed this procedure on me, and it changed my life.
NO, they are not dentures. It's more of a permanent bridge with at least 8 total implants.
With Dr Golpa nothing is sent anywhere, as he has his own lab on the grounds.
Look how many of these Dr Golpa has done..THOUSANDS upon thousands.
There's nothing I cant eat, I'm going on 5 years with them, and I couldn't be happier.
If you're not doing these anymore (btw, how many did you do?), you probably don't have the experience, and or skill to do them correct. You also mentioned, you have to send them "out".
If anyone has any doubts, or questions about the procedure /Dr Golpa, send me a messege. I'll show you pictures, tell you what to expect, etc.....

Hi I am about to have a procedure similar to yours I was wondering if you got the hybrid dentures with implants and fake gum or just the bridges with implants without gum, please tell me by the way I wish my results be like yours!

Life changing experience!!
What an awesome job dr Golpa did ! I'm all fixed up. They treated me with so much respect and fixed all the infected implants from mexico and started fresh. Yes it's pricey! But it's so worth it! I can eat what I want and I can't stop smiling!

Yeah, I guess that was a learning experience for ya.
I don't BS, I REALLY got lucky choosing Dr Golpa. People don't realize if ya have a problem abroad, or with any other DDS, it will either be next to impossible to get in there in a timely matter, most are in it only for the $, and there's nobody in the US with more experience (NOT EVEN CLOSE )

I am wondering if those are plastic overdentures. Very nice & white. How thick/wide are they inside your mouth?

They are porcelain bridges. He has a computer program and sends it to his own lab. Check out his sight. And they are made to fit perfectly. Even the bite to eat is like so perfect. I never had it my whole life! I am in heaven and can't stop smiling or eating stuff I couldn't before lol

When o went in I wasn't sure he could help me. Every single implant in my mouth was infected and put in wrong. I love that he didn't make me weight or anything. Huge fixed me up right away. And with his expertise I was pleased that he could fix such a huge issue. Not only that, he made me beautiful.

I am still so pleased. Getting the implants from Dr Golpa has completely changed my whole life for the better. I am a complete success in my life, relationships, and career! Wouldn't change a thing!! Thank you Dr Golpa!

The first picture looks different than the second. Seems like your teeth are beautiful but a tad big.
