My self esteem was so low do to the disfiguration...
my self esteem was so low do to the disfiguration of my belly due to having 1 natural birth, 2 C-Sections, hysterectomy and hernia surgery. The pain from those surgeries and the internal scaring was a daily problem.
This was the best decision for me to make as the procedure completely removed my pain, gave me a self confidence I have not had.
Dr. Gervais listened too all of my concerns, was extremely sympathetic to my emotional distress and physical discomfort. He answered all of my questions and made certain I understood what was going to happen, the healing process and what to expect.
The follow up was AMAZING! I have NEVER had such thorough follow up, the nurses and staff are above commendable. Everyone was very concerned that I was to be satisfied and comfortable. I was never nauseated from anesthesia, I woke immediately and was not groggy nor disoriented at any point. My hand was held every step of the way and still is through continued follow ups and massages.

Dr. Gervais is an extremely caring and understanding man who took the utmost pride in his sculpting, care and all over well being of me. He was completely professional and impeccable bedside manners. Prior to surgery he drew the patters of his plans onto my body and made certain I understood what he was doing and what I was to expect as result. He told me I would be smaller than a size 10 when the swelling was gone... I did not believe him... I now owe him a Starbuck coffee because I am a size 7/8 down from a 14/16!
