My pre op appt is in 3 weeks and about 5 to Sx date. I am 100% confident in my surgeon and his staff. They are all truly amazing, no feeling rushed or pressured to do anything. And while I thought I had realistic expectations, my consultation with Dr. Wolfe made me realize I was being ultra conservative in my goals. He and his staff have made this a safe, exciting, fully informed life changing event for me and all without judgement or negativity.

I have been reading this site non stop and You Tube to learn more real world advice and what not ahead of time so I'm mentally and physically prepared.

Will post before photos after my Pre Op Appt. And please no one worry about all the red dots on my tatoos, I'm in the middle of having them removed.

I have chosen Wolfe as well! I'm 38 Mom of two getting BA and scar revision on my abdomen for a scar from birth. Wolfe has been great so far. He's professional, to the point, and he even mentioned the scar revision for me saying I'll have these beautiful breasts and then we can fix the scar for free!

Fantastic!!! I'm doing TT, Lipo, Implants (I was so thrilled when I asked about a lift and he said that there was no need, I knew then he wasn't just after money).

When are you going in?

I haven't scheduled my op date yet but after the ski season either end of March or beginning of April. I have found a new implant that's saline called Ideal that has totally thrown me off course in my research. I had Sientra picked out but now I feel like I should look into Ideal since they claim to feel more natural than traditional silicone. I want as natural a look AND feel as possible without having to compromise on health like a silent rupture and getting a $2 k MRI every 2 yrs. Going on the "Not worth it" page of RealSelf breast aug. is eye opening and I just want to do all that is in my ability to be smart about this elective procedure. I'm driving myself crazy about it tho. I just want to get it over with so I can stop obsessing! Keep posting! I'm looking forward to seeing how everything turns out for you! I hope everything goes well.

I have no idea what the name brand of my implant is?!?!?! Does this make me a bad person?? Everyone here seems to know and I'm sitting here saying...well it's a textured round silicone 625 cc. I'm personally shooting for more upper fullness so that they look the same as when I'm wearing the Vicki's 2 cups increased padded push up bra. Plus I'm not very petite at 5'9" and I'm not model skinny, I have hips and curves and I want to keep them just minus the excess skin and stubborn fat areas.

I just happen to crave information so when I dive into something I tend to go all out. It's not a good thing, I get obsessive! But I feel like if it's in my power to access the info then I will. Just do yourself a favor and don't visit the "not worth it page" :-/. Just curious, why textured and not smooth when going round?

Because of the size of the implants and going for a fullness without it spinning and slip sliding around in the pocket. The texture kind of holds on to the tissue of the pocket, and since I don't need a lift it is what the doc suggested and I love the feel...the texture and silicone have a more realistic touch feel than a smooth saline. Basically it's each person's choice.

Picked up a brand new with tags walker, for $14 at the thrift store!!! The things you find when dropping off donations. :)

I've coordinated with my care taker (my aunt was a nurse for 20 years and is flying in for 2 weeks to give me TLC). My husband is going to be busy traveling for business meetings starting before my surgery till Valentines. So it is a great excuse to be with my aunt and go shopping before surgery. Err I mean have help recovering LOL

Getting excited... Lipo to inner thighs, flanks, drainless Tummy Tuck with exporal, muscle repair and round textured implants :) before photos will go up after my Pre Op appt on Dec 23rd.
