My Confidence and my Face Have Been Restored. Thank You So Much, Dr. Vath. - Golden, CO

Dr. Vath was very kind and attentive and understood what I needed in order to get what I wanted based on my non-medical interpretation. He exhibited confidence and enthusiasm for helping me remove the years from my face. I liked that very much. Dr. Vath called me the evening of my surgery to see if I had any questions, which I didn't, and also to check on my pain level. He told me I had significant results. I said "significant" is good. I appreciated his not overstating the results. I was surprised at how well I looked immediately following surgery. I, of course, had the predicted swelling and bruising but still marveled that I looked as good as I did. During my six-week checkup, Dr. Vath showed me the "before" pictures. How quickly I forgot. I had not remembered the extent to which my jowls and neck sagged and drooped pre-surgery. I am still amazed when I look in the mirror at the dramatic change. My neck is firm and smooth and the area under my chin no longer has pocket of fat that was creating a double chin effect. (Thanks, Dr. Vath. Removing the fat under my chin was your suggestion.) I have never been impressed with my looks, but I am extraordinarily impressed with Dr. Vath's ability to make me look even better than I expected at 64 years of age.

Patient Coordinator Carrie Masters was probably the one most important factor in the successful scheduling of my pre-op and surgery appointments. She is extremely patient. I had to reschedule three times starting in November 2015 with my procedure scheduled for the final time in April 2016. Carrie again was very patient while I worked with my bank to secure the Paid-in-Full payment. I had not anticipated having to do this. Carrie sent multiple "how are you doing" and "are you ready" emails. She became my email friend and I looked forward to her emails.

The Center's "hosts" at the front desk are genuinely kind and helpful. During my second trip to the office I got lost getting to the Center. I am so sorry I cannot remember her name, so I will call her Molly MapQuest. Molly MapQuest took the time to assist me as I shared landmarks and street names trying to pinpoint my location. She was so patient with me and I finally made my way to the Center. I was very grateful that I wasn't late for my appointment and I credit Molly MapQuest with this.

The experienced pre-op nurses, caring surgical nurses, and an endearing anesthesiologist rounded out my more than favorable experience.

I plan to take on another "project" and I will do so with the Center for Cosmetic Surgery.
