I have never wanted my breasts. I always thought the only way to be rid of them was to transition to male, which I don't identify as. Dr. Steinwald doesn't require documentation of therapy or a desire to transition, and that has changed everything. He is brusque and gets down to business, which I like. I had the surgery at the end of August, and couldn't have asked for a smoother recovery. No complications and everything seems to be healing nicely. His entire staff is very friendly and professional, and always willing to answer questions no matter how trivial. But most important, he does fantastic work and obviously really knows what he's doing. My contour looks very natural and my girlfriend says I look like I've always been meant to be this way. Now I love looking in the mirror, I love trying on clothes, I love my new chest. Best gift I've ever given myself!
