415CC HP Sientra Round Silicone

I've been flat chested my entire life. AKA the President of the Itty Bitty [RS bleep] Committee. Jokes, I've heard them ALL. So I've always wanted to do something about my chest. Then I got pregnant and blessed by the boob fairy. During that time I went from an A to a C. However, post baby and breastfeeding I'm left with a AA at best these days. I wear a 32 AA & even that has a pretty good gap in the cup. I've always wanted implants, and going from having some to none only made the desire stronger. I'm glad I've waited, as I've saved and I think implants have come a along way in choice. For measure, I'm 5'3, 105lbs, and 39. This will be my 40th birthday present. Pretty excited. Had my consultation with Dr. Wolfe at the Center for Cosmetic Surgery on May 1st. They let me try on quite a few, did some measurements, and also 3D imaging. After all of that I decided to go with 415cc's high profile silicone. Dr. Wolfe said that would put me in the D category of sizing! My husband came along as well (mostly to make sure I didn't try for [RS bleep] boobs, ha) Surgery is scheduled for June 1st! Since I'm less than a month out, does anyone have any pre-surgery advice? I'm very nervous about the recover and not being able to work out for a bit after, but I'm sure it's all worth it. Everyone I've spoke to that's had this done says its a game changer. Pre op is scheduled for May 14th. I'll make the final decision then :) I'll get some pics up soon.
