I am 5'5" 140 lbs and getting a mommy makeover procedure done next month with Dr. Vath in Golden Colorado. I am currently a deflated 34b hoping to get somewhere in the "d" range and fill out the emptiness I have. I will be getting smooth round mod plus implants under the muscle in the 355-400cc range (still to be decided for sure at pre-op appointment) and a full tummy tuck to remove a lot of extra skin I have after a 80 lb weight loss. I will also be getting exparel for pain. My doctor recommended I get a breast lift but I told him I'd prefer just the augmentation for now.

I am one month post op and lost over 80 lbs too. My breasts were super deflated and I got the mentor gel implants which I really like. I believe he did 325cc for me which seems perfect but I don't know what cup size it is yet because I'm still wearing a sports bra from his recommendation. I also had a lot of loose sagging skin I couldn't be happier. Keep us posted how it goes

Thank you for commenting! How has your recovery been? Any tips for what I should bring for the first week post procedure? I rented a house and my mom is coming with me to help take care of me. I've been trying to get a list going on what things I'll need to make sure I bring.

Haha they do! Your beautiful results made me even more excited. I hope mine turn out as nicely as yours did. I've been so nervous about what size to go with. Im leaning toward 400mod+. I don't want to be too big but also don't want to regret not going bigger :/

I gotta tell u I have buyers remorse. I feel I went too big with 330cc. But maybe it's such a big change from having barely a cups. Honestly my 10 year old dtr was wearing my bras!! But I'm learning to really appreciate the new additions. I'm excited for you too!! Yours will look great!! Hot mama!

Ugh.. I really don't want to go to big! I'm definitely a full B to start. If you don't mind sharing, Do you know your breast width diameter by chance? And How tall are you? Just wanting to compare, since our pre-op breasts looks similar.

I was so happy to get a belly button that I could see. Mine was completely covered under skin.

Had my surgery today. I was a ball of nerves going in but dr Vath and his staff really put me at easy.
At my pre-op last night I picked my implants. We went with 385mod+ round smooth sientra, under the muscle.
I have not taken off my girdle yet to see my new belly but I did take off my surgical bra for a peak. They are very high and super tight right now.
I have not had an pain, just some discomfort so far. I opted for Exparel which I think probably helped a lot!
I almost can't believe it's done! So much research, planning, waiting and stressing prior to this; just elated it's over and now I can just focus on healing.

Crazy that's it's done. You did it! They looks tight and high but they will drop. The worse per for me was the tightness. Speedy recovery wishes.

Yes the tightness of my breasts has actually been more uncomfortable than the tummy tuck! I can't wait for them to drop and loosen. Thanks so much for the well wishes!
